Plastic Injection Moulding

 

At Murray River Plastics we pride ourselves on the fact that we produce only quality products using modern equipment.

In 2005 we purchased a new 120 ton Chende Injection Moulding machine. With this machine we can produce products from only 10 grams to 400 grams in shot weight.

The most common plastics used in our factory are:

• Polyethylene (High, Linear and Low Density)

• Polypropylene (Mono and Co-Polymer)

• Nylon 6 and 66

• ABS (with various additives such as glass and flame retardants)

• Acrylic (both medium and high impact)

• Polycarbonate

• Thermoplastic Polyurethanes

We also stock a variety of colour additives, our suppliers of colour pigments can do precise colour matching for you.
